Helena and Al share a born-in-the-moment, highly intuitive and fun improv song during a concert around the idea of "coming out of the basement" and shining the Light! The lines were inspired in a spontaneous collaboration with Chadd, one of the listeners, and the Spirit used it in the upbeat expressions of this new song.
